Welcome to BuyFuel. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our app and services. By accessing or using the BuyFuel app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

 

2. Definitions

  • “BuyFuel” refers to the BuyFuel mobile application and services provided.
  • “User” refers to any person who accesses the app.
  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to BuyFuel and its operators.
  • “Fuel Products” refer to any fuel (PMS, AGO, CNG, LPG) purchased via the BuyFuel app.

 

3. Account Registration

  • To use certain features of BuyFuel, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we suspect any fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms.

 

4. Payment and Transactions

  • All payments for fuel purchases must be made via the payment methods provided on the BuyFuel app.
  • Once payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be processed except in exceptional cases where the fuel is not delivered or collected as per the agreed terms.
  • We use secure third-party payment processors, and by making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions as well.

 

5. Fuel Collection and Delivery

  • Fuel Collection: Users can opt to visit a partner filling station and collect their fuel after payment has been verified.
  • Fuel Delivery: Users may also choose delivery, where BuyFuel will arrange for the fuel to be delivered to the specified location within the delivery areas.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or operational issues.

 

6. Pricing and Availability

  • Fuel prices displayed on the BuyFuel app are subject to change based on market fluctuations. We will always strive to provide users with accurate pricing at the time of purchase.
  • In cases of discrepancies, the price at the time of transaction will be considered final.

 

7. QR Codes and Redemption

  • Each fuel purchase is associated with a unique QR code generated by the app. This QR code is used for verification during fuel collection or delivery.
  • Users are responsible for the security of their QR codes, and any loss or misuse may result in the inability to collect or redeem fuel.
  • QR codes are valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase.

 

8. User Obligations

  • Users must ensure they have provided accurate and up-to-date information, including delivery addresses and contact details.
  • Users agree not to misuse or manipulate the BuyFuel app, engage in fraudulent activities, or harm other users or the app infrastructure.
  • Users must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding fuel storage, transportation, and use.

 

9. Data Protection and Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. All user information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using the BuyFuel app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the BuyFuel app, including logos, images, and software, is the property of BuyFuel and its licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content from the app without express written permission.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

  • BuyFuel and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or services.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, profits, or interruptions in service.
  • We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the BuyFuel app.

 

12. Suspension and Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to BuyFuel at our sole discretion, without notice, if there is a violation of these Terms or any other applicable policies.
  • Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
